Is it mandatory to stay at the hotel?
Can I share a room with another attendee?
Absolutely and we make it easy! Check out our FB event page and request to join so you can post that you are interested in sharing a room with another attendee.
Is there FREE WI-FI access in the guest rooms?
Yes, there is wi-fi in guest rooms but not in the main session room
How do I get my refundable deposit back?
Checks will be available at the event and given to you once you
check in at the registration table the first day of the event.
Can I invite a friend?
By all means. Here’s a link for your guests to come by paying the refundable deposit.
What restaurant options are available?
A sheet listing nearby restaurants will be available when you check in at the registration table between 8:00 and 8:50 a.m. on Thursday
Will food and beverages be served?
No lunches will not be provided. There will be cold water available in the conference room.
What are the best ways to get to and from the airport?
For those of you flying in, you should fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. From there you can take a limo ($40 for up to 3 people: Saba's Limo 800-546-1005) or you can take a cab (which is about a 20 – 25 minute ride to the hotel). Taxi cost to hotel is around $35.
Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort does not offer shuttle services.

Is there parking available?
Yes! FREE parking is available at the hotel.
What should I wear?
Dress code is business casual.
Average temperature is 78 degrees, with temperatures ranging from about 70 to 78 during the day, and falling to around 54 to 60 at night. Event rooms can be kept quite cool so dressing in layers is always recommended indoors and outdoors.
What do I need to bring?
Notepad and something to write with. We prefer that you don’t use your computer during the sessions as some participants are distracted from the keyboard noise and we also want to ensure you aren’t distracted so you
can soak up all the great information we have to share at the event.
What time does the event start?
9 am Arizona time each day.
Where/when do I register?
The registration table will be open from 8:00 am to 9:00 am on March 9th outside the event room – Horizon

Where/when do I pick up my event package?
At the registration table before the first session begins the morning of March 9th.
How do I get the bonuses?
They were emailed to you before the event. If you didn’t get them email email@example.com
What time will the event be over on the last day?
The event will end by 4 pm on March 11th. We suggest you don’t book
your flights prior to 6 pm that day.
Is it okay to record the sessions?
No event recordings are not permitted.
Will this event be offered again soon?
Likely not until 2018.
