Program Details

My goal is to provide you with the training, guidance and support you need to create an amazing signature solution that your ideal clients will love!

You’ll get the most from the Product Creation Workshop if you know what to expect, what’s expected of you, and where to find things.

Program schedule

Wednesday Sessions are scheduled for 9:00 am to 10:30 am Mountain Time on: November 25, December 2, 9, 16, 23.

What to expect

This is a step-by-step program, created specifically to take away the overwhelm and offer you a simple process for creating new products, programs or services designed to sell.

I walk you through each step and give you exercises to help you apply the concepts so you can craft your product week by week.

By the end of this workshop, you'll have a pilot version created, including a high-level outline and the key points you plan to cover in each session.

Note: This is not a detailed script; rather it’s an outline of “talking” points to guide your delivery. It’s exactly what you need for a pilot version of your signature solution, no matter what format you choose.

You are responsible for the ultimate production of your product or program.

How to get the best results

You’ll get the best results if you:

  1. Attend the live sessions each week.
  2. Complete the action exercises session by session.
  3. Ask questions when you’re not sure about something.
  4. Ask for feedback on your ideas as you start crafting your signature solution.
  5. Commit to getting your product outline done over the next 5 weeks. Take action to meet that deadline.
ACTION is key.

It’s easy to get so caught up in perfecting your product that you never get it done and into the hands of your ideal clients.

That’s why this program is focussed on simply getting a high level outline crafted.

Within 5 weeks you can be ready to offer your signature solution as a pilot program or service, and start testing it.

Much like Apple continuously releases updated versions of their iProducts, I want you to strive to refine your signature solution so you can release better and better versions that will thrill your clients.

What if you can’t attend a session?

I get that life happens. That’s why I do my best to post a replay of each session within 24 hours.

So if you absolutely cannot attend the live session, you won’t miss the training. Simply watch or listen to the replay.

How to ask questions

I encourage you to attend the live sessions so you can take advantage of the opportunity to ask questions.

That’s a big benefit of this program – the ability to ask questions in real time, so you don’t get stuck and you can stay on track.

I want to be sure you understand each new concept. If you’re unclear, please ask.

Trust me, if you have a question chances are that someone else is wondering the same thing.

During each session I’ll invite questions at various times and “un-mute” the group. Asking a question is as easy as speaking up.

How to ask a question if you can’t attend a session

If you can’t attend a session, you can still benefit from my feedback by emailing me your questions ahead of time. I’ll answer them during the call, so you can listen for my responses on the session replay.
